Membrane control panel type characteristics
Common film materials include PVC and PET, which are characterised by their lightweight, flexible and wear-resistant properties. Take frosted PVC panels as an example: not only do they offer a comfortable tactile feel, but they also effectively prevent scratches, thereby enhancing the product's durability.
Flat non-tactile type: Long service life, but no tactile feedback during operation.
Film convex tactile type: Offers good tactile feedback, but has a relatively shorter service life.
Metal spring leaf type: The most fundamental and commonly used structure, where the spring leaf serves both tactile and conductive functions. Certain complex variants are suitable for applications requiring multiple, densely packed spring leaves.
