The Double-layer structure remote control with metal dome array offers excellent lighting performance, uniform brightness, and high light intensity; Lightweight, flexible, and thin with a thickness of 0.125mm, it is ideal for use in smartphones, unlike light guides which occupy significant space;

Double-layer structure remote control with metal dome array is created by adding a layer of LGF to the existing standard dual-layer structure or EMI structure of conductive film, thereby achieving excellent light distribution. The working principle of LGF light-guiding film/sheet utilizes the principles of light reflection and refraction, combined with specialized optical software design, to perform microstructural processing on the optical fiber film, thereby transforming a “point light source” into a “surface light source.” Light beams are emitted from the medium at appropriate angles and densities, achieving an optimal effect of uniform light emission. The design of LGF conductive film/light guide plate can reduce the number of LED lights required, addressing issues such as uneven brightness distribution, high power consumption, large space occupancy, and high costs.
