Their positive and negative contact traces can be positioned beneath the circuitry on the same side of the switch.
This series offers superior tactile feedback compared to circular and elliptical switches, while boasting a longer service life than triangular switches, with a standard endurance rating of ≥1 million cycles. Under identical diameter, actuation force, and actuation ratio conditions, its dome height exceeds that of other domes, resulting in a relatively higher cost.
